Potres magnitude 7 po Richteru zatresao je grčke otoke te dio Turske na Egejskom moru, pišu mediji.
Potres se dogodio 17 kilometara u moru zapadno od provincije Izmir u Turskoj. Kako javlja CNN Turk, potres se osjetio sve do Istanbula.
U tokiu je potraga za nestalima u porušenim zgradama kojih je, prema izjavama turskih zvaničnika zasad prijavljeno oko 20, ali će se taj broj sigurno povećavati.

BREAKING: A strong earthquake of magnitude 7 has hit holiday hotspots in Turkey and Greece.
The epicentre of the tremor was in the Aegean Sea some 11 miles (17 km) off the coast of Turkey's Izmir province, at a depth of 10 miles (16km).
